College and University Student Pet Ownership program **NEW** Conditions:
- Full time student card or confirmation letter from college/university must be presented annually ( valid for 12 months at a time)
- Student must be registered owner of the pet
- 15% discount for veterinary professional services (ie annual physicals, vaccinations, spays, neuters, heartworm testing )
Disability Pension Conditions:
- 15 % discount for veterinary professional services (ie. annual physicals, vaccinations, spays, neuter & heartworm testing)
Adopt–A-Pet– Program (adopted from humane society, animal rescue organization, shelter or pound) Conditions:
- Must provide adoption certificate/ letter for adopted pet
- Applies to first year of ownership
- 20% discount for veterinary professional services ( vaccinations, spays, neuters, heartworm testing)
- 10% discount on medications, food & supplies
Multiple Family Pets Conditions:
- 3 or more family pets seen on a regular annual basis
- 15% discount on annual vaccines/physicals
Assistive Service Pets (canine, mini horses etc) For visual or hearing impaired owners Conditions:
- Annual physical exams and vaccinations are provided at no charge
- All other services 15% discount
